​We and our employees are not trichologists, medical practitioners or health practitioners, and do not give medical advice, treatments or diagnoses. You acknowledge and agree that the consultation, services and our recommended products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our products for your circumstances.

If you have any health or medical issues, you agree to speak with an appropriate qualified medical professional prior to participating in a consultation or treatment with us.

Bookings:
All online bookings incur a 50% deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure the time slot, which will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment. You will receive a pre-appointment consultation form 3 days before your booking via email and SMS. You will be required to provide us with details relating to your medical history, allergies, lifestyle preferences and other information we reasonably require in order to make informed recommendations regarding our scalp and hair products.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hours cancellation period. If you cancel an appointment within the 48 hours cancellation period, you will be forfeited of your booking deposit.

If you cannot make it to your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible by texting us on our mobile number or sending us an email to: hello@blossomkheadspa.com.au

If you cancel your appointment outside of the cancellation period, by giving us more than 48 hours notice, your booking deposit will be refunded back onto the card used at the time of booking.

Running Late
If you find yourself running late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will always accommodate our clients whenever possible and are able to adjust your appointment time to compensate for the 5-10 minutes lateness.

If you are running late by more than 50% of the treatment time, we will not be able to complete a full service. This will be considered as a no-show, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your booking deposit.

No-show fee
If you fail to show up to your appointment, without notice, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your deposit.
​
Refunds
We do not refund items for change of mind. All product purchases are final, and we cannot accept exchanges or product returns due to a risk of contamination. We will only offer an exchange if the product packaging is deemed faulty or damaged. You will required to return the product to the shop within 7 days of purchase for assessment from the supplier or manufacturer.

Purchased Gift Cards
All gift cards issued by Blossom K-Headspa Retreat have a validity of one year from the date of purchase.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, including but not limited to credit balances, cash advances, or any form of refund.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to keep their gift card secure. In the event at a gift card is lost or stolen, Blossom K-Headspa is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the value of the card.
​
Online or store bought gift cards can be used towards any of our full priced services, excluding special offers or promotional services. They cannot be used towards purchase of products or our already discounted new client offer.
​
If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be stored on the card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
​
Gift Card Expiry: Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will no longer be valid for redemption, and any unused balance will be forfeited.
​
Gift cards are non-transferable, and the cardholder must be the intended recipient.
​
Blossom K-Headspa Retreat reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the gift cards at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediate upon posting. You may be refunded for any unused amounts subject that the gift cards is still valid within one year from purchase.
